KINBOOST
The KINBOOST plant facade in Weifang with generator sets and crates staged on the yard

The floor in Weifang, the people on it, your set on the load bank.

The sets are built on a 26,000 m² floor in Weifang, where about 40 people work across three production lines: sheet metal, welding, assembly, testing. It is not the largest plant in China. You are welcome to walk it before you order.

You do not have to take our word for what happens before shipment.

Plenty of generator companies in this industry are trading companies. They buy finished sets from a factory, put their own sticker on the side, and resell them. When something goes wrong, they call the same factory you bought from, and then you wait.

Here is what we can put in front of you instead of a claim. The build happens on a 26,000 m² floor in Weifang, and every photograph on this page was taken there in the week it was published. The test report is issued against your unit's serial number, so the readings belong to the machine rather than to a batch. Every stage is open to you: ask for a video walkthrough of the line your set is on, and come to watch the load test before it ships.

We are not the biggest plant in China, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is exactly what happens to your machine before it leaves, and how you can check it.

Customers and EPC contractors are welcome to walk the floor and watch their own set go through the load test before it ships. No appointment needed to hide anything.

Sheet metal

钣金

Steel plate is cut, punched and bent into base frames, canopies and control cabinet shells. One tooling set keeps panel 1 and panel 200 identical.

Why it matters: A canopy that fits badly shows up as noise and water ingress years later, after the warranty has been used.

02

Welding

焊接

Base frames and canopy panels are welded on flat benches, then checked for square before the frame moves to the next step.

Why it matters: A frame welded out of square twists the whole set: doors stop sealing and vibration finds every weak joint on site.

03

Assembly

组装

Engine, alternator, radiator, exhaust and the control panel are mounted on the base frame, aligned and coupled. Critical fasteners are torque checked.

Why it matters: Misalignment shows up as bearing failure in month two. It is cheaper to fix on the floor than in a container.

Sets in the commissioning area: engines coupled, control cabinets wired, load cells being checked

Testing

测试

Every set is started, warmed up and run under load before it is allowed to leave. Readings are logged against the serial number and the report is signed.

Why it matters: A generator that has never been loaded is an untested generator. This is the step most suppliers skip.

A generator that has not been loaded is an untested generator.

Every set is started, warmed up and run against a resistive load bank in the test room before it is allowed to leave the floor. Readings are logged against the serial number and the report is signed. This is the step most suppliers skip, and it is the one you cannot check after delivery.

The report carries the serial number of the unit, not a batch number. When you raise a claim months later, the readings follow the machine.

Checks inside the build, not bolted on at the end.

Four checkpoints decide whether a set is allowed to move on. Each one is measured, recorded and signed, and the record travels with your generator.

Gate 01 of 06

Fuel tank

Every weld seam on the base tank is pressure checked before the tank is built into the set.

Gate 03 of 06

Coating thickness

Measured on canopies and cabinets after every batch, and the reading goes on the batch record.

Gate 04 of 06

Control cabinet

The finished cabinet is tested as a whole: module status, protection functions and parameter verification, before it ever reaches the set.

Gate 06 of 06

Under load

The set runs under load bank until the readings settle. Nothing ships until they are recorded and signed.

What ships in the container with your set.

Signed load-bank test report carrying the unit serial number
Electrical schematic and control wiring diagram, as built
Operation and maintenance manual
Spare parts list keyed to the serial number
Certificate of origin and destination conformity paperwork
Warranty certificate

Come and see your set built and tested.

Before shipment you can inspect your generator on our floor in Weifang. Walk the three lines, meet the people who built it, and watch it go under load. If you would rather not travel, we can send you a continuous video walk of your own unit, serial number visible.

The plant is where the specification becomes a machine. See what comes out of it on the power band and engine platform pages.

Paperwork that clears the port.

Certification is not decoration. It decides whether your container clears or demurrage starts ticking, so we hold and prepare the full document set for the markets we ship to.

The machine outlives the invoice.

A generator is a twenty-year asset. What decides whether it stays on load is what happens after it lands: parts availability, documentation and someone who answers.
